Fill it out with as much detail as possible. Review the total at the bottom of the form and continue to refine your interests until you are happy, then submit! Once we receive the submission, a quote including labour and delivery will be generated for your review.

Discovery Call: If you are interested, this is the point at which we can set up a 15 minute call to answer any questions you may have about your inquiry, ideas, or our process.

Confirmation: Review the quote and confirm final decisions. Changes up to 10% can be made up until 8 weeks from the event date.

Once you have excepted the quote, signed the contract, and paid the deposit your date will be booked and your consultation date(s) will be booked!

Consultation: At 8 weeks away from your big day we will meet to go over every detail! During this time, we’ll discuss your inspirations, refine your ideas, and offer thoughtful recommendations to ensure every element is perfectly curated for your celebration. Depending on the scale or logistics of your event, additional check-in consultations may be scheduled before the 8 week mark.

We will refine the invoice to the final desire and you’ll receive a details form to triple check we are on the same page with every aspect.

That’s it! From here our team will take over and get to work on ordering flowers and preparing behind the scenes. After that the next time we will see you is on the big day!
